Dennis E. Ahearn has been serving individuals and business clients since 1977. His offices were in Northern Virginia until he moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1994. Dennis’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and business law including business succession. He is an experienced and respected trial attorney handling will contests, adult guardianship disputes, misuse of powers of attorney, and all areas of business and commercial litigation. Dennis provides large law firm experience with small law firm attention. His offices are centrally located in downtown Fredericksburg.
Dennis has a Ph.B. from Pontificia Universita Gregoriana, Roma, Italia and a J.D. from Catholic University of America School of Law. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association (President, 2004); Virginia State Bar; Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; and the District of Columbia Bar (Inactive). He has served on the boards of directors of a number of community non-profit corporations, and he currently is a director on the board of Mental Health America of Fredericksburg.
