The Family Law Committee cordially invites you to attend a presentation by Dr. Robert S. Marvin, Ph.D., on Visitation Schedules in High-Conflict Cases: Uses & Misuses of Attachment Research.
The seminar will be on Thursday, February 4, at 6:00 PM in the Central Rappahannock Regional Library Auditorium. Be sure to get there early for refreshments at 5:30 PM! The event is free for FABA members, $10 for everyone else, and you can earn 1 ½ hours MCLE Credit Pending with the Virginia State Bar.

On February 4, 2010 at 5:30 pm there will be a special meeting of the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association to consider the report of the FABA Judicial Selection Commission with regard to the Circuit Court Judgeship vacancy created by Judge Revercomb’s retirement. The meeting will be held in the courtroom of the Fredericksburg General District Court.

Wills for Heroes is a program jointly sponsored in Virginia by the VSB Young Lawyers Conference (YLC) and the VBA Young Lawyers Division (YLD), in conjunction with the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association (FABA) to provide wills, powers of attorney and medical directs to local emergency personnel. The Fredericksburg Area Bar Association is proud to support our heroes in bringing the program to Spotsylvania County and the City of Fredericksburg.
